If I am Disabled Am I Eligible to Buy Without VAT

Yes, if you are registered disabled, then you may be eligible to purchase without paying any VAT. All sight and hearing disabilities are eligible.

Other disabilities are generally acceptable also, but in all cases we would need a declaration of eligibility to receive zero VAT.
